Enhance Productivity & Safety
Each year in Australia thousands of incidents and accidents occur that have untold cost on human life and organisational productivity. In each and every one of these accidents there is a human contribution, either in the form of individual error, a breakdown in team coordination, organisational decision-making, or the influence of organisational culture.
Human Factors is the science of people at work – and examines individual, team and organisational performance.
This workshop series brings you the latest tools to assist your organisation in understanding the Human Factors issues that can impact on your productivity and safety, as well as assisting your organisation in developing better systems of work that maximise performance and benefit your bottom line.
