Regulatory safety compliance requires that all risk and hazards regarding people, equipment, or the environment are identified, severity and probability are determined, and the proper risk mitigation measures are implemented.

Unfortunately, the responsibility of knowing the hazards and enforcing established safety precautions falls mostly on the safety professional.  In allowing this occur,  key personnel (supervisors, front-line managers) who should manage safety in their work areas may not consider this their responsibility.


HFS assists in evaluating and validating identified risks, and determining the level within the organization who should be responsible for accepting and managing the risk – Senior Management, Manager, Supervisor, Worker.
